Structural bracing in a van build is critical but can be incredibly challenging in any build. Our core bracing kit is specifically designed to fit and mount to the inside body of the van and takes the pain out of this process. The panels are all numbered (1-24), self alighning/centering and all rivet holes are pre-drilled ready for installation. A complete, detailed installation guide is provided.

16GA profiled galvanized steel creates a solid and incredibly strong mounting area within your van.
304 Stainless Steel 3/16" Blind Rivets - 200 provided, 180 required. A pneumatic air riveter is highly recommended for ease of installation.

Upper wall/roof supports allows for the OEM harness to remain in place without relocation. This sets our bracing kit apart from competitors.
Core bracing kit will solve mounting upper wall cabinets (both wall and roof attachment points), l-track, roof interior panels, wall interior panels and lower base cabinets. Supports also allow for flexibility of installation of 120VAC or 12VDC electrical outlets.
 
Panels are pallet shipped. Weight of the 27 structural panels is 140lbs.
